All items sold on Sehatam are digital.
 You will receive instant access after purchase.

Because digital files cannot be “returned,” we follow a simple and fair refund policy.

💰 2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under certain conditions:

✔ Refunds Accepted If:

  • You were charged twice due to a technical issue.

  • You purchased a product but did not receive access (after contacting support).

  • The file was corrupted or not working, and we are unable to fix it for you.

In these cases, you will receive a full refund.

❌ Refunds Not Accepted If:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You downloaded the digital file successfully.

  • You expected features not mentioned in the product description.

  • You used the product but did not get your “desired results.”

Refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.
