About Sehatam
Feel Fit Every Day — that's not just our tagline, it's our promise. Sehatam is India's free wellness platform built around Indian food, Indian budgets, and real clinical science. Because good health should be accessible to every Indian — not just those who can afford expensive programs.
India's Wellness Platform —
Built Differently.
Sehatam is a free health and wellness education platform built specifically for Indians. Everything on this platform — every program, every article, every calculator — is designed around Indian food, Indian culture, and Indian budgets.
We are not a supplement brand. We are not a paid coaching service. We are not another generic health website that copies Western advice and pastes an Indian flag on it. Sehatam is something different — a genuine attempt to make clinical, science-backed wellness guidance accessible to every Indian, regardless of their income or education.
Our content is created by a BSc Medical Lab Technologist with 6+ years of clinical diagnostic experience — someone who has spent years reading lab reports, studying disease markers, and understanding the real connection between Indian lifestyle and Indian health outcomes.
Indian First — Always
Dal, roti, sabzi, chawal — our programs are built around what's already in your kitchen, not what's in a foreign meal plan.
Clinically Informed
Real clinical diagnostic experience behind every program — not influencer opinions, not copy-pasted advice.
Budget Friendly
Designed for a ₹200/day food budget. Health is a right — not a luxury reserved for those who can afford premium programs.
100% Free
Every program, every tool, every article — completely free. No paid subscriptions, no hidden fees, no supplements to push.
The Sehatam Story
Founder Vishal Dhenwal spent years working as a Medical Lab Technologist — processing blood reports, hormone panels, and diagnostic tests for hundreds of patients. Every day, he watched young Indians receive results showing preventable lifestyle conditions — high blood sugar, hormonal imbalances, gut issues — all at ages that should have been their healthiest. The patterns were undeniable. And in almost every case, the patient had no idea what their body was telling them.
When these patients looked for help online, they found avocado toast recipes, expensive supplement stacks, and gym programs that had nothing to do with their lives. There was no free, honest, clinically-informed wellness guidance designed for Indian food, Indian budgets, and Indian bodies. That gap needed to be filled.
Sehatam.com launched with a clear mission — make every Indian healthier, one family at a time. Starting with three free wellness programs covering Weight Loss, PCOS, and Gut Health — all built around Indian food, Indian budgets, and real clinical knowledge. No supplements. No paid tiers. No jargon.
Sehatam is just getting started. More wellness programs are in development. Video content will be shared on Instagram and YouTube. A community space is being planned where Indians can support each other on their wellness journeys. We are building this slowly, carefully, and always with the same commitment — free, honest, Indian-first wellness guidance.
We Exist to Make
India Healthier.
— Vishal Dhenwal, Founder
Indian First
Every decision we make — every program, every article, every tool — starts with one question: does this work for real Indian life?
Science Backed
Clinical knowledge, not trends. Real diagnostic experience, not influencer opinions. We never publish what we cannot stand behind.
Radically Free
Good health guidance is a right, not a luxury. Everything on Sehatam is free — and we intend to keep it that way.
No Jargon
Clinical science explained simply. If your neighbour can't understand it, we haven't done our job. Clarity is kindness.
No Hidden Agenda
We do not have supplements to sell. We do not have paid programs to push. Our only agenda is your health.
Growing Slowly
We would rather grow slowly and do this right than grow fast and compromise the quality and integrity of what we offer.
Everything on Sehatam is Free

Clinical Science Meets Indian Wellness
Vishal Dhenwal is a BSc Medical Lab Technologist with 6+ years of hands-on clinical diagnostic experience. Having spent years working with lab reports, disease markers, and patient health data, Vishal witnessed firsthand how preventable most lifestyle diseases are — and how few Indians have access to honest, science-backed guidance to prevent them.
Sehatam is his answer to that gap — a free platform where every Indian can access clinical knowledge translated into simple, practical wellness guidance that actually fits Indian life. No supplements to sell. No programs to charge for. Just honest information, freely given.

We will always be free. Every program, every tool, every article on Sehatam will remain free to access. We may display advertising or earn affiliate commissions to sustain the platform — but we will never charge you for access to our core content.
We will never push supplements. Sehatam has no supplement brand to promote, no affiliate quota to meet, and no financial incentive to recommend products you don't need. Our programs are built around real Indian food — always.
We will be honest about what we know and don't know. Our content is clinically informed — but we are not doctors and we will never claim to be. We will always recommend you consult a healthcare professional for personalised advice.
We will respect your privacy. We do not sell your data. We do not spam. We treat your personal information with the seriousness it deserves. Read our full Privacy Policy →
We will keep improving. Sehatam launched in late 2025 and is still growing. More programs, more tools, video content, and a community are all being planned. We are committed to building this right — slowly, carefully, and always with your health first.
